1. The Service
Marketing Copilot is a software-as-a-service product that connects to third-party advertising, analytics, search, and user-experience platforms on your behalf, retrieves performance data through authorized APIs, and provides insights, summaries, and answers generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Available plans, features, and limits are described at our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
2. Accounts and access
You must register an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to (a) provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it current; (b) safeguard your credentials; and (c) be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at support@metty.ai.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for business use. Personal accounts may be subject to different terms.
3. Free trial
We offer a free trial for new accounts for a period of three (3) days from the date of sign-up. During the trial, your usage is capped at the baseline allowance (1×) per 24-hour rolling window, internally equivalent to 50,000 AI tokens (input and output combined) processed by the Service on your behalf. Paid plans are sold as multiples of this baseline (5×, 10×, 20×) — see Section 5.
Once the 3-day trial period ends, or once you exhaust the daily allowance, AI features will be paused until you (a) wait for the next 24-hour window to reset, or (b) upgrade to a paid plan. We do not automatically charge your payment method at the end of the trial; you must select and activate a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Trials are limited to one per customer and per organization. We may modify, shorten, or discontinue trial offers at any time, and we reserve the right to deny a trial to anyone who we reasonably believe is creating multiple accounts to circumvent these limits.
4. Subscriptions, fees, and taxes
4.1 Fees
Subscription fees are set out at the time of purchase. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST in India and VAT in applicable jurisdictions), which are added at checkout or invoiced separately.
4.2 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the recurring fees.
4.3 Price changes
We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days' prior notice delivered by email or through the Service. Price changes take effect on your next renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
4.4 Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4.5 Failed payments
If a charge fails, we may retry, suspend access until payment is made, or terminate the subscription. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
5. Plan usage limits
Each subscription plan includes a maximum AI usage allowance per rolling 24-hour window. To make plans easy to compare, paid-plan allowances are expressed as a multiplier of the free-trial baseline. Internally we measure usage as the combined total of input tokens (data and prompts sent to the AI) and output tokens (responses generated by the AI), so we provide both the multiplier and the underlying token cap for transparency. Caps reset on a rolling 24-hour window.
| Plan | Usage allowance (per 24 hours) | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Free Trial | Baseline (1×) — 3-day trial only | No charge |
| Starter | 5× the free-trial usage | Prepaid (monthly or annual) |
| Growth | 10× the free-trial usage | Prepaid (monthly or annual) |
| Agency | 20× the free-trial usage | Prepaid (monthly or annual) |
| Enterprise | Unlimited usage (subject to fair-use) | Postpaid (invoiced monthly in arrears) |
What "1× the free-trial usage" represents. The free-trial baseline is 50,000 AI tokens per 24-hour rolling window (input and output tokens combined). On a Starter plan you receive 5× that baseline, on Growth 10×, and on Agency 20×. We may adjust the baseline with at least 30 days' notice so we can keep multipliers stable as model pricing evolves.
What counts as a token. A token is a unit of text used by the underlying AI model and roughly corresponds to ~4 characters of English text or ~0.75 of an English word. The Service measures both the input you (or your connected platforms) submit and the output the AI generates, and counts the sum against your daily allowance.
What happens when you hit the cap. When you reach the cap on a paid plan, AI-generated features (chat, summaries, anomaly explanations, weekly digests, etc.) will be temporarily paused for your account until the rolling 24-hour window resets. Non-AI features (data sync, dashboards, exports) continue to work normally. You may upgrade your plan at any time to receive a higher daily cap immediately.
Enterprise fair-use. Enterprise customers receive unlimited token usage on a postpaid basis. We reserve the right to contact you and agree on a reasonable usage envelope if your consumption is materially out of line with the spirit of the plan (for example, automated, machine-driven traffic that does not reflect a marketing or analytics use case). We will never throttle Enterprise accounts without first reaching out.
Changes to caps. We may change the token caps for any plan with at least 30 days' prior notice delivered by email or through the Service. Changes apply at your next renewal.
