1. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial on Starter, Growth, and Agency plans. No payment is required to start a trial, and you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe at or after the end of the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial without obligation.
2. How to cancel a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time:
- From within the Service: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription; or
- By emailing support@metty.ai from the email address registered on your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account remains active and you keep access until that date, after which it is downgraded or closed in accordance with our Terms.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month. Once a month begins, the subscription fee for that month is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we have made a material error (see Section 6).
4. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming year at a discount over monthly pricing. If you cancel during the annual term, you may request a prorated refund for the unused full months remaining in the term, calculated as follows:
- The monthly rate (at the standard, non-discounted price) is multiplied by the number of full months you have used;
- That amount is deducted from the fee paid; the remainder, if positive, is refunded.
If the calculation results in zero or a negative amount, no refund is due. Prorated refunds are at our discretion if your account has been suspended for breach of our Terms.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@metty.ai from the email address registered on your account, including:
- your account email and organization name;
- the invoice number or payment reference (from Razorpay);
- the reason for your request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Razorpay reference numbers are provided for your records.
6. Discretionary refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund outside the rules above where:
- The Service has been materially unavailable for an extended period due to our error;
- You were charged in error or as a result of duplicate billing;
- A connected-platform integration was non-functional from your first use of a paid plan and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
7. Non-refundable items
The following are not refundable:
- One-time setup, onboarding, or professional-services fees once work has begun, except as expressly stated in the relevant order form;
- Add-on fees for usage already consumed;
- Subscription periods during which you actively used the Service beyond a de minimis amount;
- Subscriptions cancelled or downgraded mid-period under monthly plans (see Section 3);
- Charges incurred more than 12 months before the date of your refund request.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved more quickly directly. If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend access pending resolution. Where a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee and recover any amounts owed.
9. Taxes
Refunds are issued net of any non-recoverable taxes that have been paid to authorities. Where applicable, tax invoices and credit notes are issued by Synstek Internet Private Limited in compliance with Indian GST regulations.
10. Downgrades
You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the difference for the remainder of the current period unless Section 4 applies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version applicable to your subscription is the one in effect on your most recent renewal date.
