Will the copilot actually change my campaigns?+

No. By design, every connection is read-only — we request the narrowest scopes needed to read performance data, and we never write changes back to your ad accounts. You stay in control of execution.

How accurate are the answers?+

Every numeric claim the copilot makes is backed by an actual query against your warehouse — you can click any citation to see the SQL that produced the number. The system prompt forbids the model from inventing stats; if it doesn't have the data, it tells you.

Why does GA4 say one thing and Meta says another?+

Different platforms use different attribution windows and definitions, so they will rarely agree exactly. The copilot surfaces both numbers and explains the variance — instead of picking one arbitrarily or averaging them.

How are my OAuth tokens stored?+

All tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before hitting our database. Your raw access tokens never leave the server, are never logged, and can be revoked from the connector page or directly on the source platform at any time.
